Residential Insulation

Wahkiakum PUD is helping its customers reduce their monthly electric bills and make their homes more comfortable through our weatherization program. Under the Residential Weatherization Program– Bonneville Power Administration may be able to pay a portion of the cost to insulate your electrically-heated residence. Pre-qualification from Wahkiakum PUD is required to be eligible for rebate. Qualifying homes include single-family, multi-family or manufactured home with electricity as its primary heat source. Incentive rates vary based on building type and current levels of insulation.
